Today, as the day dawned I felt all nostalgic and began craving for Arabic food... Too bad nothing credible around in Goa. So after a refrigerator-raid.... Baba Ghanoush it was.
So here it is... The humble yet awesomely flavourful Arabic salsa ;-)
